The (Sad) State of Local Media in South Jersey & How to Change It

The state of local news coverage in southern New Jersey is... not good. The Press of Atlantic City now only prints newspapers three days a week and has eliminated deliveries. Gannett took an axe to the Vineland Daily Journal and the Courier Post newsrooms, laying off award-winning journalists. The purpose of this roundtable is to examine how we ended up in this perilous situation and, more importantly, how to fill the void and restore local news and media coverage in South Jersey.
